Delete your TrueServe account or request data deletion
Signed-in users can delete their account directly from Account Settings. Use this page if you cannot access the app, already uninstalled it, or need to request deletion of data tied to a TrueServe customer, driver, or merchant account.
What we delete
Login credentials, profile details, saved addresses, uploaded identity or compliance documents, and app preferences are removed or anonymized from active systems.
What we may keep
Order, payment, fraud-prevention, tax, and audit records may be retained when required by law or business compliance, generally up to 7 years.
Timing
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days and email you when the request is completed or if we need more information.
